This is a cavity filter for the 868 MHz ISM band, used by LoRA, SigFox and many other narrow-band IoT technologies.
You can use it to attenuate any out-of-band interference. It will attenuate transmissions from nearby cellular band.
Both connectors are SMA (female).
It is not suitable for outdoor environments.
