From September 2021 onwards, the cards currently all ship with an IMSI in the MCC-MNC of 999-70. The MCC 999 is reserved by ITU for private cellular networks.
Before September 2021, our cards used 901-709, an allocated-but-unused range several years ago. However, this range has recently been re-allocated by ITU to an operator (Clementvale Baltic OY). Subsequently we changed to 999-70.
